IUCN Member Organisations and Institutions have been invited to propose names for the positions of President, Treasurer and Chairs of IUCN’s Commissions and to nominate candidates for Regional Councillor, for the period 2016-2020. IUCN Commission members may also propose names for the position of Chairs of Commissions.

The IUCN World Conservation Congress 2016 will bring together several thousand leaders and decision-makers from government, civil society, business, and academia with the goal of conserving the environment and harnessing the solutions nature offers to global challenges.
